Make a Cheap Lampion

Materials:
- A Plastic Bottle
- A Balloon (try to use the light colour)
- A Scissors
- A Knife
- A Rope
- And a Little Plastic Straw


Procedure:
1. Fold the plastic bottle in horizontal line
2. Cut the crossover line in vertical line
3. Cut the crossover line but but give a space from the first cut. Do the step repeatedly until all the body of plastic bottle is full of slice
4. Put the balloon in the bottle and blow the ballon untiol filling all the bottle body
5. Make a hole in the middle of the bottle cap
6. Tie the rope to the little straw and put in the rope to the middle of the bottle cap
7. Close the bottle with the bottle cap
8. The Lampion is finished and you can put the Lampion on your room or house for a decoration.
